  We started  in the flooring industry over a decade ago with nothing but a strong work ethic and a drive to learn. Since then, I’ve worked with some of the biggest names in the business, gaining hands-on experience in everything from warehouse work and deliveries to sales, measuring, fitting, and customer service. That all-round knowledge is what sets me apart today. I understand every part of the process and use that insight to give honest, practical advice—no scripts, no guesswork.
  Working for large retailers taught me a lot. I saw the benefits of big operations, but also the downsides: rushed service, sales pressure, and a lack of personal touch. That’s what pushed me to start my own business—one focused on trust, quality, and a more personal approach.
